Homeowner Association (HOA) Representative (one-year term)

• Jonathan Kelly, Director, HOA 2 (January 2025-January 2026)

• Allana Leblanc, Director, HOA 3 (December 2025-December 2026)

• Jeffrey Philipp, Director, HOA 4 (January 2025-January 2026)

Each Homeowner Association (HOA) in Hendrick Farm appoints one representative to serve on the Foundation board. This representative — usually the HOA president or another HOA board member — acts on behalf of their HOA for a one-year term.

Stewards (three-year term)

• David Moffat, Treasurer, HOA 1 (2025-2028)

• Lynn McMaster, Secretary, HOA 2 (2025-2028)

• Christian Dognon, President, HOA 3 (2025-2028)

• Vacant, Steward HOA 4

Steward Members are residents of Hendrick Farm who apply to represent their phase on the Foundation board for a three-year term. Each phase has one Steward who must live in the phase they represent, and all Stewards serve as directors of the Foundation.
